Do you charge for shipping?
I offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail on all items shipped within the United States. Expedited and international services are available for purchase at checkout.

Do you offer resizing services?

Yes. I offer resizing services with my trusted bench. Please contact me for a quote.

What is your Return Policy?

I gladly accept returns for any reason on non-sale pieces. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition within 7 days of the beginning of the return process.  Any loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund, minus original shipping (if paid), will be issued once the return has been processed.

Can I return sale items or resized rings?

No. Sale items and resized rings are final sale and not eligible for return.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes! During these uncertain times we want to make sure that you are still able to treat yourself. For the time being, all non-sale pieces will be eligible for immediate layaway. Please contact us to set up a plan.

If a layaway can’t be completed all payments will be converted into store credit, less a 15% restocking fee of the full purchase price as no refunds will issued. Lastly, layaway items are final sale and not eligible for return.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to over 75 countries around the globe.

Will you undervalue an item or mark it as a gift for international shipments?

No. All international shipments will be valued accordingly. This guarantees that an item can be insured for its full value.

Do you cover customs charges on international orders?

No. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
