Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 75 countries.


What is your Return Policy?

-We accept returns on non-discounted items. You must contact us within 2 days of the item being delivered to initiate the return process. 

-The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition within 7 days of delivery. Any loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Refunds will be made for the purchase price less our original shipping cost to you and payment processing fees. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

-Upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable 


Can I return sale items or resized rings?


Can I return sale items or resized rings?

No. Sale items, discounted items, items purchased with a coupon code and resized rings are final sale and not eligible for return.


Do you offer layaway?

Yes! Pieces that have been on our site for at least 24 hours are available for layaway. Please contact us to set up a plan.

If a layaway can’t be completed all payments will be converted into store credit, less a 15% restocking fee of the full purchase price as no refunds will be issued. Lastly, layaway items are final sale and not eligible for return.


Will you undervalue an item or mark it as a gift for international shipments?

No. All international shipments will be valued accordingly. This guarantees that an item can be insured for its full value.


Do you cover customs charges on international orders?

No. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
